1. H.P - Hawlett Packard
, my first experience with a HP product was with a HP printer, about 2 decades ago, but when you talk of Laptops in Nigeria, its almost entirely an area for HP products although they are no longer No. 1 PC manufacturer in the World according to Wikipedia, but in Nigeria they hold sway, it feels like the glory days of Nokia, where everyone had a Nokia phone, almost the same thing can be said about Laptops in Nigeria.
2. Lenovo - Lenovo the Chinese Manufacturer that acquired IBM some years back comes as a surprise No. 2 to some Nigerians, but they are making waves in the market currently (note: for mostly new Laptops) . The No. 1 personal computer vendors in the world accord to Wikipedia.
3. ACER - The Taiwanese company with budget Laptops very favourable for students, occupy the third spot in Nigeria, although 6th in the World, when you talk about 'Budget" laptops Acer laptops quickly come to mind.
