AGAPE BUSINESS CONSULTANTS week 15

"IDEA 15 OF 52 – GRAINS REBAGGED/REPACKAGED/RESELL
mrebis idea 15
The Idea

Rice, Beans and Garri, or any other grain out there in the Nigerian market can be bought wholesale (50kg), rebagged (with permission from your supplier) and resold in smaller sizes (2kg, 5kg packs).

The common practice in the market today is they buy the full 50kg bag, then start selling using bowls (rubber, congos). The estimated calculation for 1 congo of rice is about 1.56 Kg. If the new business man joins in on this, but instead of using bowls or sampling the rice in basins which leaves it exposed to dust and people’s hands, one can rebag the rice (beans, garri etc.) in a neater well designed pack and sell to retailers, corner shops, big departmental stores, etc

AGAPE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS WEEK#14.

IDEA 14 OF 52 – HOME MADE SANITARY PADS

The Idea
I manufacture risk free menstrual pads for women – Nkem Obianwu

Risk? From Sanitary pads? Yeah, women are at risk of contracting genital diseases resulting from the use of some chemicals and toxins in the production of women’s sanitary pads. The pads are not to be used for more than plus or minus 8 hours and should be changed. Failure to do this heightens the risk as the blood and the chemicals used in the production can mix and give off something probably unsafe.

Agape Business Consultants - Week#9 (PINEAPPLE CHIPS)

"IDEA 9 OF 52 – PINEAPPLE CHIPS (CRUNCHY OR CHEWY)

1.  I once tasted this pineapple snack at the Oyo State NYSC orientation camp during the SAED in-camp training. So I have decided to share this to everyone as this could be a good source of employment and revenue generation to anyone who would be able to properly prepare and package this for sale.

I found an article that was really helpful and would highlight some bits that would add more depth to the presentation of this Idea.

Dehydrating the pineapple at 135 degrees using a dehydrator can make this snack. To keep much of the enzymes intact, the temperature can be lowered to 100 degrees, which would mean much longer time would be required. The snack is suitable to take along on your way or even in the care without the juicy fruit dripping down your arm

Sorry

I am sorry I have not really had time to update this blog, as I was busy with several things and time was not just available to keep posting, especially when you do not get any sort of encouragement from any quarter, not even a single comment. Sighs>>> anyway I promised at the beginning of the year that I'll keep blogging and that is exactly what I will do.

I'll try to do some catch up so watch this space.
