NYSC- National Youth Service Corps, is a one year, post graduation service to the nation, after graduating from Tertiary institutions in and outside Nigeria, for Nigerians, This process is very important as it is usually part requirement to gain employment in the country. There are several rules but most notably if you graduate from anyTertiary institution before 30 years of age you'll be made to enroll for the compulsory 1 year programme. A new batch of Corps members are to be sent to orientation camps around the country soon, this is an intensive 3 weeks programme. currently online registration for Batch B Corps members is on.

Champions League UEFA- Of course as usual the beautiful game of football (soccer) was on our TV screens most notably was Pep Guardiola's return to Spain as Barcelona hosted Man City, where they had "No mercy" on them trashing City 4-0, Arsenal also scored 6 against Ludogorets, where Ozil had a hat-trick and they were criticized by Rio Ferdinard for celebrating as if they just won the trophy.
Chelsea vs Man Utd - The special one's return to Stamford bridge, home of Chelsea Football FC, was a humiliating one as Jose Mourinho's Manchester Utd side were beaten 4-0 at the bridge.
Chidinma Okeke - The former beauty queen of the ABS, was in the news for all the wrong reasons, after a "Lesbian sex tape" in which she allegedly featured with a fruit and another lady hit the internet although she has said it was "photoshoped" and it wasn't actually her in the video, majority of those that have seen the video think otherwise.
WIZKID - The Nigerian super star which is arguably Nigeria and Africa's biggest musical export to the world currently, won three awards at the Mtv Africa Music Award (MAMA) for Artist of the year, Best male and Best collaboration which was hosted in South Africa were several artists performed and bagged awards.
