1. Fidel Castro - The Cuban revolutionary leader, has past on , according to the News reports and nine days of mourning has been declared on his behalf, he was aged 90 he has survived several assassination attempt on his life, he finally died from illness according to reports.
Well personally I'm not surprised that there were a lot of search from Nigeria, especially the "Indomie generation" . Our heart goes out to all Cubans.

2. Ondo Election - Election were conducted for Ondo State, South - West Nigeria, by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) on the 26th of November 2016, There were a lot of pre-election twists, before the main election from major political parties, with several court cases etc, and I am almost certain that after the elections there will be more. The main contenders for the Governorship position in the state out of 28 candidates  PDP - JEGEDE . APC - Chief Rotimi Akeredolu and AD - Olusola Oke.

Seun Egbegbe - The Yoruba film maker allegedly stole some Iphones from popular electronics market in Lagos, South - west Nigeria, Computer Village and was caught and beaten properly but was lucky to be rescued by the Police, there has been several sides to this story although the film maker has released a statement debunking the story, but that

4. NYSC - Prospective Corps members for the National Youth Service Corps had to print their call up letters online for the Batch B camp, where they are camping for 3 weeks all across the nation. The NYSC motto is "Service and Humility" this is a one year programme  that University graduates from Nigeria have to undergo before that can be gainfully employed in Nigeria, as the NYSC certificate or exemption is part requirement for employment in Nigeria.

5. ASUU Strike -Academic Staff Union of Universities has called off its one week strike after negotiation with the Federal government through the House of Assembly although the demands of the Lecturers have not been met, as the Minister of Education Dr. Chris Ngige pointed out that Nigeria is in recession and about 7 out of the 8 points that the Union is demanding are not feasible at the moment.
