Monday inspirational post (Providing exceptional service)

Just last week we read in the News that two celebrities in the US were having issues or (beefing) over a Nanny, what was striking in  the report I read , the nanny's name wasn't mentioned, she wasn't or isn't a celebrity but her services are so exceptional that known people with big names are fighting over her.



The reason why we must provide exceptional service is because , normal service don't stick, people just take it like water, If I asked you how was the last glass of water you took, you probably cannot remember, because it was normal more or less a routine, but whenever we experience bad service, something below par, we don't easily forget, like how rude the waiter or waitress was at Mr . A restaurant or how their food wasn't cooked properly and most often you don't keep such experiences to yourself, you talk about it with you colleagues at work, your friends at the gym and several other places giving the place a bad name, but if they provided exceptional service to you, you'll also do the same.
That's the message from this post, don't just be like water, be exceptional,stand out at work, at the University, at your place of worship or whereever you find yourself, ensure that when someone has to describe you there is something positive that makes you stand out.
