EPL- English premier league featured this past weekend, although Chelsea had an early game against Liverpool, where Chelsea walked alone (smiles) they were defeated 1-2 at the bridge, other than that all other results were fairly routine, Lukaku hit the net again after scoring a hat-trick last week, Leicester city were victorious after winning in Europe during the week,at the moment Manchester City is on top the league table unbeaten and not shy of scoring goals.

NECO Results - The National Examination Council released results for the June / July 2016 Senior Secondary Certificate Examination was released on Friday where the highly controversial opposition Governor's state, Fayose's Ekiti state was number 1 in the country. NECO  is a requirement to gain entry into Tertiary institutions and its also accepted outside of Nigeria, its equivalent to the WAEC- West Africa Examination Council certificate.

4. Sallah Holidays - Muslim faithfuls in Nigeria celebrated "Sallah" or "Eid-el-Kabir"
